Shipping + Handling

Pots are carefully packed up and shipped usually within 1-2 business days of an order. We are making our best effort to use recycled shipping materials, and therefore the package might be labeled with something like “12 Gallon Aquarium”. We didn’t accidentally ship you an aquarium, this is just the nature of reusing materials. Thank you for your understanding!

Shipping rates are flat rates based on the weight of the pots. The actual cost the carrier charges may vary, but we only charge you the amount you see in your checkout.
